Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4 oz All purpose flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Sugar
1 ts Chili powder
1/8 oz Yeast
1 Egg white
1 Tablesppn butter
1/2 ts White vinegar
1/3 c Water
For the chili cracker cups:

Combine everything together except the water and mix with the dough
hook. Add in the water slowly. You may not need all of it. Mix the
dough for 8 minutes, then allow it to rest until it doubles in size.
Roll the dough very thing, dock and cut rounds 5 inches in diameter.
Then on a cookie sheet drape rounds over an inverted cup so that the
dough itself forms a cup. Bake in a 400 degree oven until golden
brown.
