1 lb Fresh Pork Sausagemeat
1 sm Onion, peeled and finely
-chopped
2 ts Herby Mustard
2 ds Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 ts Ground Cloves
1/2 ts Ground Ginger
Salt and Pepper
--------------------------TO SERVE-------------------------------
Watercress
Cherry Tomatoes
In a large bowl combine all ingredients execept the watercress and
tomatoes. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and shape into a sausage.
Repeat with the remaining mixture. Cover and chill until needed.
Preheat grill until hot and place sausages on a grill rack. Cook for
about 15 minutes, turning from time to time until golden brown.
Serve the watercress and tomatoes on a side plate
