Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c Fresh parsley leaves 1/4 ts Pepper
1/3 c Fresh cilantro leaves 2 Cloves garlic
1/4 c Chopped green onions 2 tb Fresh lemon juice
1/2 ts Ground cumin 1 tb Plain non-fat yogurt
1/4 ts Salt 1 cn (15 oz.) white beans
1/4 ts Ground crushed coriander -drained
Place all ingredients in food processor, and process until smooth.
Serve with pretzels or low-fat chips.
