Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
15 oz Ellis Tamales, unwrapped 8 oz Cheddar Cheese, grated
15 oz Ellis Chili 1/2 c Onion, chopped
2 1/2 c Tortilla Chips, crushed Sour Cream
Place tortilla chips in greased 2 quart casserole. Lay tamales on
top of tortillas. Spread chili on top of tamales. Sprinkle onions
and cheese (respectively) on top of chili. Cover. Cook in microwave
on HIGH for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Let it sit for 5
minutes before serving. Add sour cream as desired.
