See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
8 tb Butter (1 stick) divided use
2 tb Granulated sugar
2 tb Brown sugar
4 tb Walnuts; finely chopped
2 tb Dried cookie crumbs
1 tb Flour; all-purpose
1 ts Ground cinnamon
4 lg Peaches; cut in half
Preheat the grill. Coals should be medium-low.
In a small bowl, combine 4 Tbsp butter and both sugars and mix well.
Add walnuts, cookie crumbs, flour and cinnamon. Fill 4 peach halves
evenly with the mixture. Top with the remaining halves.
Melt the remaining 4 Tbsp butter and brush the peaches. Place the
peaches on the grill and cook, turning once, until the filling begins
to melt. Turn carefully so peach halves do not separate.
