1 c plain, low-fat yogurt 1 tb Fine chopped onions
1/2 c finely chopped cucumber 1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts salt 1 tb Prepared horseradish
2 tb Fine chopped radishes 1 ds Cayenne pepper
2 tb Minced parsley
Remove the seeds from the cucumbers. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Values per serving: CHO 3
