Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 oz Dry mustard 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Tarragon vinegar 1/2 c Honey
3/4 c Dry white wine 2 c Mayonnaise
2 Eggs
Combine mustard, vinegar and wine. Stir well and let stand
overnight. In top of double boiler, mix eggs, sugar and honey. Bring
water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, stirring constantly, until
mixture is thickened. Remove from heat. When cool, add mustard
mixture and mayonnaise. Store in refrigerator. Wicked on sandwiches.
