See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
4 c Natural or chunky applesauce 1 c Unsweetened apple juice
1 1/3 c Quaker Oat Bran hot cereal, 2/3 c Raisins
-uncooked 1/4 c Sliced almonds
1 c Quaker Oats (quick or old 1 ts Cinnamon
-fashioned), uncooked
Swiss Oat 'n Apple Cereal
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover; refrigerate overnight.
Store in refrig. up to one week. Serve cold or hot with skim milk or
low-fat yogurt if desired.
To heat one serving, place 3/4 cup cereal in a 2-cup microwavable
bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute 30 secondsto 2 minutes or until
heated through. Stir well. (about 345 calories per 3/4 cup serving)
