Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 pt Sake 1 lb Sugar
1 c Tamari
Combine all of the ingredients in a heavy saucepan and reduce over
medium heat until the sauce coats the back of a spoon. Remove from
heat and let cool slightly.
Serve with grilled poultry or hot or cold buckwheat noodles.
