Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 ea Med. Onion, finely chopped
1 ea Garlic, minced
2 tb Vegetable oil
1 1/2 c Catsup
1/4 c Brown sugar
2 tb Jack Daniel's Whiskey
1 ts Liquid Smoke
2 1/2 tb Cider vinegar
1/2 ts Dry mustard
2 dr Hot pepper sauce
Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil until tender. Stir in
remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce
heat and simmer for 10 minutes. (Makes about two cups, ideal for
chicken, pork, and beef).
