Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 oz Dry vermouth
1 ds Bitters
1 sm Chili pepper
Fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour in tequila and dry vermouth. Stir
(or shake) and strain into a martini glass. Top with a dash of
bitters. Garnish with a small chile pepper, such as a chile piquin
(if desired).
