Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 ea Cube (minute) steaks 1/4 ts Ground black pepper
1/4 c Soy Sauce 1 ts Canola Oil
1 tb Brown Sugar 1/2 ea Head Green Cabbage
2 tb Lemon juice 4 ea Hamburger Buns
1/4 ts Ground ginger 2 c Frozen Curley Fries
Pound cube steak to 1/8" thickness. Marinate steaks for 3 hours in
mixture of next five ingredients. Saute in hot oil for about 1 1/2
minutes each side. Remove, put on buns and keep warm. Slice cabbage
thinly amd saute in drippings with any leftover marinade.
