Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
10 oz Frozen black eyed peas 1 tb Fresh jalapeno pepper
1/4 c Sweet red pepper, chopped Chopped
1/4 c Sweet green pepper, chopped 2 tb Chopped parsley
1/4 c Red onion, chopped 1/4 c LF or LC Italian dressing*
*Try to use low fat or low calorie dressing.
Rinse and drain peas. Mix with all other ingredients. Refrigerate.
