Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

4 Ripe Roma tomatoes*
2 Serrano chiles**
1/2 sm Onion, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1 ts Salt or to taste
Freshly ground pepper

*cored and chopped roughly

**chopped, seeds optional

Blend all ingredients.
