Main Ingredients:
1 head chickory, cleaned and broken into
bite-size pieces
1 head romaine, cleaned and broken into
bite-size pieces
1 carrot, shredded
1 tomato, sliced into eighths
1 cucumber, sliced thinly
HOUSE VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
salt and pepper, to taste
pinch of tarragon
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Toss ingredients together and sprinkle with dressing.
HOUSE VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
Whisk vinegar into salt, pepper, tarragon and mustard. Add oils, continuously whisking until dressing is light and fluffy.
