Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/4 c Ketchup 1 c Cheddar -- shredded
1 12" pizza crust 2 tb Mayo or salad dressing
1 ts Oil 2 ts Ketchup
1 ts Sesame seeds 1 c Iceberg lettuce -- shreded
1 lb Lean ground beef 1 sm Red onion -- slice thin
1/2 ts Salt 1 Dill pickle -- slice thin
1/4 ts Pepper

Preheat broiler. Spread ketchup evenly over crust. Brush border with
oil and sprinkle with sesame seed. Flatten beef into 9" patty on
foil-lined cookie sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Broil 4" from
heat source 4 minutes. Slide patty onto crust and sprinkle with
Cheddar. Reduce heat to 450~ and bake 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine
mayo and ketchup. Spread on pizza and layer with lettuce, onion and
pickle. Per Slice: 410 Cal; 8 gr Fat.
