See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1/4 c Peanut butter 1 Garlic clove (or more)
14 oz Tofu 3 tb Tamari
1 c ;water or unseasoned veggie pn Cayenne or your favorite
-broth -hot sauce (optional)
In a blender or food processor, blend together all the ingredients
untilsmooth and creamy. If the sauce is too thick, add a little extra
water.
Pour the sauce into a skillet or saucepan and stir over mediumheat
until it is thoroughly heated.
Serve over grains such as buckwheat, millet, or rice, or over pasta.
