Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
6 sm Cherry tomatoes, chopped 1/2 t Minced pickled jalapeno
1 T Finely chopped fresh -peppers
-coriander 1/2 t Grated lime rind
1 T Dry gin pn EACH, salt, pepper and sugar
Im medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Let stand 30 minutes. With
slotted spoon, divide evenly among 8 mini tart shells, serve at once.
