Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 (6-oz) 1/2 c Finely chopped, peeled
1 T Lemon juice -tomato
1 t Salt-free vegetable 1 T Olive oil
-seasoning -fish fillets
1 t Chopped garlic
Place fish in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice and
vegetable seasoning. Mix together remaining ingredients and sprinkle
over fish. Garnish with lemon wedges. Broil until fish flakes easily
with a fork.
