Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

7 Pat dwigans
6 Whole cleaned trout
Flour
1/4 c Cooking oil
1 tb Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c Blanched almonds
1/2 c Melted butter or margarine
2 Peeled and coarsley chopped
Apples
1/2 c Thinly sliced mushrooms
1/2 tb Lemon juice
1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 400. Wash the trout and pat dry. Coat them lightly
with flour and fry in the oil/btter combination until crisp. Season
them with salt and pepper. Set them aside onan oven proof platter.

Saute the almonds in butter or margarine unti golden. Mix them with
the apples, mushrooms and lemon juice and pour over the fish. bake
for 10 minutes and garnish with chopped parsley to serve.
