Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1/2 c brown sugar
3/4 c flour,Sifted
1/2 t baking powder
2 eggs
1 c fruit,Dried
1 c mixed nuts,almonds,walnuts
1 pecans,etc (peanuts not
1 recommended)
Mix it all. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree
oven until brown. Stick a toothpick in center to check. If it comes
out clean, your cake is cake.
