See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 lb Ground round 2 cn (12 oz) tomato paste
2 Bay leaves 3 ts Cayenne pepper
3 lg Onions 1 cn (28 oz) chili beans
2 cn (28 oz) tomatoes 1 tb Red pepper flakes
7 Cloves garlic 3 oz Canned jalapeno peppers
1 md Bell pepper; diced 5 tb Chili powder
3 ts Ground cumin -sliced
Brown beef, onions, and bell pepper. Add garlic. When browned add
rest of the ingredients except beans and jalapenos. Simmer for 2
hours. Add beans and jalapeno peppers and simmer for one hour longer.
