8 carrots, cut into chunks
4 stalks celery, cut into chunks6 tomatoes, cut into chunks
1 bunch fresh spinachhandful of parsley
1/2 a white onion
1 fresh, raw beet, cut into chunks1 or 2 cloves fresh garlic
Run all ingredients through your juicer. Stir, chill, stir and serve.
