Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c White sauce
4 c Cooked veal, chopped
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
2 ts Lemon juice
Cracker crumbs
Mix together sauce and other ingredients except cracker crumbs. When
cool, mold into any shape and roll in cracker crumbs. Deep fry in hot
lad. these are really good! Many of the recipes in this collection
did not contain amounts or oven temperatures. I have typed them in as
they appear in the book, typos and all.
