2 cn Kidney beans; (19 oz) draine
1 ts Chili powder
1/2 c Bell peppers
1 lg Onion; chopped
8 Taco shells
1 pk Taco seasoning mix
1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
Recipe by: The Kitchen Survival Guide Preparation Time: 0:30 In a
skillet over low heat cook onions, and peppers. Drain beans and
place in a skillet. Mash with a spoon. Add chili powder and taco
seasoning mix in skillet until thoroughly combined. Divide bean
mixture among taco shells and sprinkle with cheese.
