Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 Veggie burger patty, cooked Chili powder
(I used better 'n burgers) 1 ts Sugar (yes I'm the person
1 ea Spices to taste : oregano, With high triglycerides)
Parsley, basil, garlic, 1 sm Can tomato sauce
Black pepper, cayenne 1 sm Can tomato paste
Pepper,

Crumble cooked veggie burger into saucepan. Mix in remaining
ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat for 10-15
minutes.

Serve on a whole-wheat h*mburger bun (if you're lucky enough to find
one). Oven-baked french fries and corn go well with the sloppies.

for a sloppy joe so I came up with the following recipe.
