Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Brown sugar 2 Egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 c White sugar 1 ts Vanilla
2/3 c Water 2 tb Vinegar
1/8 ts Cream of tartar

Combine all ingredients except flavoring and eggs. Boil to soft ball
stage (236 F). Pour slowly, beating constantly, onto egg whites. Add
flavoring. Continue beating until thick and creamy.
