Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 c Sugar
1 ts Baking soda
2 Egg
1/4 c Margarine; melted
1/2 c Walnuts; chopped
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1 1/3 c Apple slices
Mix all ingredients except apples. Fold in apples gently, so as not
to break slices. Grease a 9 or 10 inch pie pan. Pour batter into pan
and distribute evenly. Bake in a preheated 350F oven 30 to 40
minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
