Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 1/2 TB walnut or almond oil
1/4 lb nuts
1/2 c mandarin orange segments
1 bn spinach -- washed and dried
In saucepan heat oil with nuts. Add oranges and pour over spinach.
Toss and serve.
