-unpared red apple Serving, add celery,
2 T Lemon juice -walnuts, rest of
1 t Granulated sugar -mayonnaise. Toss. Serve on
1/2 c Mayonnaise -crisp
1 c Thinly sliced celery Lettuce, sprinkled with
1/2 c Coarsely chopped walnuts -French dressing.
Toss fruit with lemon Makes 6 servings.
----------------TO VARY: SUBSTITUTE, FOR PEA---------------------
Banana; or 1 cup orange 1/2 c Raisins or fresh dates.
-sections and 1 cup grapes; COCONUT WALDORF. Substitute
-or 2 cups apple, plus -shredded coconut for nuts.
