Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 1 1/2 pound loaf
1/2 c raisins
3/4 c milk
1/2 tb maple syrup
2 tb applesauce (or butter)
1 egg
2 1/2 c bread flour + 2t
1/4 c powdered sugar
1 tb orange peel, dried
1/2 ts nutmeg
1 ts cinnamon
1 1/2 ts yeast
You may hold out the rasins and put them in when the machine beeps if
you use the raisin setting on the machine. Adapted from Gread Bread
