Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lb Eckrich Smoked Sausage, -(16 oz)
-sliced Hot cooked rice
1 cn Dark red kidney beans, Sour cream
-drained (15 1/2 oz) Fresh parsley, chopped
1 cn Thick and chunky salsa
Combine Eckrich Smoked Sausage, beans and salsa in large skillet.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or
until hot, stirring occasionally. Serve sausage mixture over rice and
top with sour cream and parsley.
