1 qt Low Sodium Tomato Juice 12 oz Frozen Orange Juice
2 cn Low Sodium "Beef" Broth -- Concentrate -- thawed
Vegetarian from HFS Undiluted
1/4 t Celery Salt 2 T Lemon Juice
ds Hot Pepper Sauce (10 3/4 oz) each
Makes a great appetizer.
In large pan, heat tomato juice, bouillon, celery salt and hot pepper
sauce. Simmer 10 min. Add orange juice and lemon juice just before
serving. Heat, but DO NOT BOIL.
Serves 6 - 8.
