16 oz Stir-fry Blend Vegetables 1/8 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Instant beef bouillon gran. 1 1/2 ts Toasted sesame seeds (opt).
5 tb Warm water 2 tb Vegetable oil
2 tb Soy sauce 1 c Cooked chicken cubed
1 ts Cornstarch 2 c Cooked rice
1/2 ts Sugar
Thaw Stir-fry blend veggies in hot water and drain. Dissolve beef
bouillon in warm water. Add soy sauce, corn starch, sugar and garlic
powder. Stir well. Toast sesame seeds in a dry fry or wok pan using
medium heat until slightly darkened -about 2 minutes. Add oil to fry
pan or wok. Place on high heat. Add veggies and stir-fry for 2-3
minutes. Add soy sauce mixture and cooked meat. Stir vegetables into
sauce and stir-fry until sauce thickens. Add toasted sesame seeds.
