Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 ts Dried anise leaves or
2 tsp. fresh leaves
1 c Boiling water
1 ts Honey
1 Lemon slice (optional)
Place anise leaves in cup and pour boiling water over them. Let steep
5 - 8 minutes. Stir in honey and serve with lemon slice. Source:
