1/2 c Condensed chicken broth 1/4 c Finely chopped fresh basil
-- undiluted 1/4 c Finely chopped fresh
2 tb Reduced-sodium soy sauce -cilantro
2 tb Fish sauce 1/4 c Finely chopped fresh mint
1 tb Grated fresh ginger 12 oz Linguine; cooked without
1 Jalapeno; seeded and chopped -salt or fat
Combine first 8 ingredients; pour over linguine and toss gently.
Serve immediately.
Per serving: 234 calories (4% from fat), 0.9 g fat (0.1 g saturated),
0 mg cholesterol, 272 mg sodium, 46.7 g carbohydrate, 1.5 g fiber and
8 g protein.
