Main Ingredients:
3 tbsp. butter or oil
2 slice minced onion
1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Saute onion in butter or oil. When lightly colored, add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered 10 minutes.
