2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix the above well. Mix together: 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. nuts 1 c. raisins Add wet ingredients. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
