2 tb Butter or margarine -marshmallows
2/3 c Undilutecd Evaporated Milk 1 1/2 c Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1 1/2 c Granulated sugar -Morsels
1/4 ts Salt 1 ts Vanilla etract
2 c (4 ounces) miniature 1/2 c Chopped pecans or walnuts
BuHer 8-inch square pan. In medium saucepan, combine butter,
evaporated milk, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat,
stirring constantly. Boil 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constanUy; remove
from heat. Stir in marshmallows, morsels, vanilla and nuts. Stir
vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows melt completely. Pour
in pan. Cool and cut into squares. Hint For a thicker fudge, use a
7x5-inch loaf pan. (Makes 2 pounds)
