2 ea Egg whites 1/4 c Walnuts (chopped)
3/4 c Sugar 1/2 c Cocoanut
1/2 t Salt 1 t Orange extract
3/8 c Dates (cut into small
Beat egg whites stiff and beat sugar into them. Fold in other
ingredients. Drop from teaspoonb on greased tin. Bake in a moderate
oven. Time in oven, 30 minutes. Temperature, 300 degrees.
