1 tb Vegetable Oil 1/4 ts Ground Black Pepper
1 lb Cube Steaks 1/4 c Beef Broth
1/2 ts Salt 2 tb Horseradish
Heat oil in large skillet over moderate high heat. Season steaks with
salt pepper. Saute steaks until browned, about 1 to 2 minutes on
each side. Reduce heat to moderate. Stir in beef broth and
horseradish and bring to boil. Serve immediately.
Nutrient value per serving: 198 calories, 25 g protein, 10 g fat, 1 g
carbohydrate, 399 sodium, 67 mg cholesterol.
