Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 lb Coarse Ground Venison 1 t Coriander
1 lb Fine ground bacon 1 1/2 t Mustard Seed
1 T Salt 6 ea Cloves Pressed garlic
1 T Sage 2 T Black pepper
1 t Allspice 1 c Cold water
2 T Sugar
Combine all ingredients, mix thoroughly and stuff into hog casings. To
