Main Ingredients:
1/2 gallon Vano liquid starch
4 oz. liquid soap
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Beat well. Use electric beater if possible. Beat again when adding color. Add white paint to extender for light colors to neutralize the color of Vano. Add color to obtain desired shade. Add water to desired consistency.
