Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
4 c Cubed cooked potatoes 1/2 c Chopped celery
1 c Mayonnaise 1/2 ts Salt
4 Hard boiled eggs -- chopped 1 tb Vinegar
1 ts Prepared mustard 1/8 ts Pepper
1/2 c Chopped onion 1/2 c Chopped sweet or dill
1/2 ts Celery seed -pickle
Combine mayonaise, mustard, celery seed, vinegar, salt and pepper;
mix well. Then combine potatoes, eggs, onion, celery and pickle.
Add dressing to potato mixture; mix lightly. Chill.
