5 lb Ground beef 5 pk Lipton Cajun Rice Sauce
5 c Water . mix; (4.5 oz)
2 tb Vegetable oil 2 cn Ro-tel tomatoes; 10 oz
Brown the beef lightly and drain well. Transfer to a large stock
pot. Add the water and oil and bring to a boil. Add the rice mix and
tomatoes, stirring well. Let mixture come to a boil, then cover and
reduce the heat. Simmer for about 25 minutes or until the rice is
done.
