Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 c Whipping cream -- whipped 2 c Miniature marshmallows
3 tb Sugar 1/2 c Chopped walnuts
1/2 ts Vanilla 1 10-inch Angel food cake
1/4 c Crushed pineapple, drained 1 c (to 1 1/2 cups) Whipping
1/4 c Quartered maraschino -cream, whipped and
-cherries -sweetened

Combine whipping cream, sugar and vanilla. Fold in fruits,
marshmallows and walnuts. Chill. With serrated knife, cut 1-inch
slice from top of angel food cake. Cut out a ring 2 inches wide and 2
inches deep. Spoon in chilled filling. Replace top slice. Frost top
and sides with sweetened whipped cream. Chill. Garnish cake as
desired. Serves 12.
