Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
1 lg Yellow turnip
2 tb Butter
1 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1 tb Parsley
1/4 c Cream
Peel turnip and chop into small pieces. Boil until tender; drain and
return to pan. Add butter, seasonings and cream. Let boil up once and
serve.
