12 ea Egg yolks
1 ea Evaporated milk
1 cn Condensed milk, sweeten
Brown sugar for a syrup
Mix eggs and milks together, make a syurp of the sugar and hot water
in a flan pan add egg mixture and steam in wok for 30-40 min. cool
and invert on plate, Leche flan
