4 tb Olive oil 1/4 ts Black pepper; fresh ground
4 tb Butter 1/2 c Parsley; chopped
2 cl Garlic; minced 3 cn Minced clams; 6 1/2oz each,
2 tb Shallots; minced . including 1/2 cup juice
Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet. Add the garlic and
shallots, and saute until golden. Add the remaining ingredients,
heat thoroughly and serve over pasta.
