Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 c Boiling water 1/4 ts Pepper
2 c Diced potatoes, with skins 1/4 c Margarine
-on 1/4 c Flour
1/2 c Sliced carrots 2 c Milk
1/2 c Sliced celery 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1/4 c Chopped onion 1 c Cream-style corn
1 1/2 ts Salt

To the water; add potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper.
Cover and simmer. Do not drain. Make a white sauce with the
margarine, flour and milk. Add corn and undrained vegetables. Heat,
but do not boil. Add cheese, heat through. Serves 6-8.
